The Nebbiolo grape is the Piedmontese
autochthonous par excellence. Nebbiolo is
certainly the most precious and difficult black
grape variety among Italians. The excellence of
Nebbiolo production is concentrated in the
Langhe hills and more precisely in the areas of
Barolo and Barbaresco (Piedmont). Since 2019 the
DOC Monferrato Nebbiolo has also been recognized.

Visual analysis: pale red and garnet already in
its youth.
Olfactory analysis: On the nose the recognizable
notes are those of wild berries and violets, and
sometimes ethereal hints
