NICE TO MEET YOU

I am the Cantina del Rubino, inaugurated as a Social Winery in March 1953 and on this site or on my facebook profile (Cantina Delrubino) you can find the link to the video made by the Istituto Luce on the day of the inauguration.
In the first realization of the work, the panoramic Court (Corte Campari) was not foreseen, it rises to its right and was subsequently built with the construction of the new wine tanks below.
Born as a social work for the conferment of grapes from all over the area, the Cantina del Rubino has been owned by the Rondano family since 1984 and has succeeded in its management over the generations.
The imposing work of over 1,500 covered square meters, can be defined as one of the most beautiful industrial archeology structures in the area; it is arranged on three levels and in it there are 52 concrete wine tanks in addition to the more modern ones in steel for a potential capacity of over a million liters of wine, no longer used today, but which the property wanted to keep in memory of history and territory.
Thanks to an integrated organization with historical local producers, at the Cantina del Rubino you will be able to find the best wines produced in the Casalese Monferrato as well as a selection of the best national and international varieties.
An area will also be set up for tasting and for events of an enological nature and for the enhancement of the territory which are periodically held in the cellar.
